1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CampusSparkLabs' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CampusSparkLabs provides technology solutions for educational institutions, including:

  • Custom mobile application development
  • Website design and development
  • Technical workshops and training
  • Student project assistance and mentorship

3. Project Engagement

Quotations & Proposals

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Project scope and pricing will be detailed in a separate proposal or agreement.

Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment to commence work
  • Remaining 50% upon project completion
  • For large projects, milestone-based payments may apply
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and approval delays. We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials you provide (logos, content, images). You grant us permission to use these materials solely for project completion.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of custom code and designs created for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Third-Party Components

Projects may include open-source libraries or licensed components. These remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Supply necessary content, assets, and credentials
  • Respond to queries and provide feedback in a timely manner
  • Make payments as per agreed schedule
  • Test and approve deliverables within 7 days of submission

6. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3). Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges, which will be quoted before work begins.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and to industry standards. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
  • Third-party integrations (APIs, services) are subject to their availability
  • We are not responsible for content accuracy provided by clients

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation continues after project completion.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In case of termination:

  • Client pays for all work completed to date
  • Completed deliverables will be transferred upon payment
  • Advance payments for incomplete work are non-refundable

11. Workshop & Training Terms

  • Workshop fees are non-refundable 7 days before the event
  • Rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours in advance
  • Materials provided are for personal/institutional use only

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
